Once your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you with a picture inventory of female Bettas you may choose. We do try to keep a wide variety of females on hand, but all Bettas are subject to availability.
Returns & Deceased On Arrival (DOA) Policy
No returns or refunds.
If you have the misfortune of receiving a deceased fish, you must contact us within two (2) hours of delivery with pictures of said fish in the sealed shipping bag. We will then issue a store credit for the value of the fish that can be redeemed towards the cost of another fish or products from our site. Store credit will not cover shipping.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
